中国食品添加剂和配料协会是经国家批准注册的中国食品添加剂和食品配料行业唯一的全行业组织，现有国内会员单位800多个，国外会员100个。协助政府制定行业法规和产业政策，开展行业专业会议，每年举办春秋二季展览会（FIC）。
