Highlight	We have developed our own microalgae powder, named AURA'n, based on aurantiochytrium collected in the Yanbaru region of northern Okinawa, which is attracting worldwide attention for its health and longevity. The rare new material AURA'n is characterised by the presence of polyunsaturated fatty acids such as DPA and DHA. When combined in foods and supplements, synergistic effects with existing ingredients can be expected. We are pleased to introduce our innovative new material, “AURA’n,” as well as foods with functional claims supplements and health foods that incorporate “AURA’n.” Starting with the chemical technology of rosin derived from pine trees, ARAKAWA develops and provides intermediate materials such as chemicals for papermaking and various resins. To promote a sustainable and environmentally friendly society, we offer PFAS-free functional water-based coating agents (AW series) and biomass-based antibacterial and anti-biofilm agents.
