The Food Safety Research Center (FSRC) of Tokyo University of Agriculture was established in 2022, and has been engaged in a wide range of activities including information dissemination, safety research, education and awareness-raising on food safety, and risk communication. Under the concept of "Ask the FSRC of Tokyo University of Agriculture about food safety," the FSRC aims to conduct total food safety and security science from the production environment to consumption and human health. |
