This year marks the 60th anniversary of Glylloid® tamarind seed gum. We will introduce various applications that can be realized by utilizing the characteristics of Glylloid®, such as sauces, ice cream, desserts, bread, and dumpling crusts. Please come and see and touch Glylloid®, which is used in a wide range of fields, and experience it for yourself. In addition, on May 22 (Wed.) from 11:20 to 11:35 and on May 23 (Thu.) from 11:40 to 11:55, exhibitors will give presentations on "The 60th Anniversary of Glylloid®! Introducing Glylloid ®️, a vegetable polysaccharide" will be held on Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23. Please come and listen to the presentation. |
