Please be aware that there is a company operating out of Austria, Fairguide.com / Construct Data Verlag (Fairguide) that have been preying upon our exhibitors. As an Organizer of ifia JAPAN, we strongly condemns the actions of Fairguide for misleading their services to the exhibition and events industry and strongly advises all exhibitors to be vigilant against all organizations, who do not represent legitimate services or who takes advantage of exhibitors by misleading their services. We are reported that Fairguide sends document in English to our exhibitors, requesting to update company data. The document with our exhibition name and our company name is misleading and makes some exhibitors believe it is sent from us. However, it is nothing to do with ifia JAPAN and our company. If you put a signature on the document and send it back to Fairguide, they will send you an invoice of advertisement on the 'Fair Guide'. Again, please be careful about the Fairguide.
