Co-hosting with ifia/HFE enables to share information with relevant people in food and functional ingredients and food additives. We expect development of familiar goods to consumers by active exchange on the issue. We expect to meet various proposal on product development using food ingredients and additives focused on their functionality that will be introdused in ifia/HFE KYOTO 2007. We hope ifia/HFE KYOTO 2007 will take an important role in health food market as a place to provide useful information for healthy expansion of the industry. We appreciate holding ifia/HFE KYOTO 2007 in Kyoto as one of the local companies. It is significant to introduce health information from Kyoto to all over the world. We hope this event will be succeeded. Since consumers' ability to choose food product is becoming better, we hope the event will give further support for people to get various ideas and information. It is interesting that ifia/HFE KYOTO 2007 is held as a joint hosting event with the two international conference; ICoFF/ICPH that focus on functional food. We expect great result of the event. To activate the research for providing health food stably, we support ifia/HFE KYOTO 2007 and hope its success. We are sure that the event is an ideal opportunity to consider identity of future functional foods.
