More than 400 exhibitors from about 20 countries exhibit this year. Australia, Belgium, China, Taiwan and the U.S. Pavilions display their latest ingredients, products and technology.
 Soybean Pavilion
Functions of Soybean have been in the spotlight in all over the world. This pavilion displays processed soybeans and soybean materials. There are more exhibitors than last year’s. Associations related soybean also participate in this pavilion this year. Exhibitor presentations hold at the next room of the pavilion. This pavilion on 2006 will also attract targeted visitors with favorable reception

Safety Food Science Zone.
Safe Food Science Zone is the nineth event this time. The exhibit objective is "technologies, systems and machines that protects & estimates the safety of foods and delivery of such information as proven scientific evidences" This exhibition offers "scientific food safety" with three points: "Safety Food Science Zone", "Exhibitors' Presentations", and "Forums of Safety Food Science" The pavilion has a special corner “Provision for Positive List System for Agricultural Chemical Residues in Foods” this year. The corner focuses on information of the system and assaying technical of agricultural chemicals to dispel anxiety for the system. Also the corner holds exhibitors presentations regarding the system by free of charge in the Zone.

Flavor World is held again because of the favorable reception!
Flavor is one of the most important additives for taste making. Flavor zone offers updated information such as roles and the safeties of flavor. The pavilion will attract visitors by the mini booths and exhibitor presentations in addition to panel exhibitions this year. By the corporation of Japan Flavor & Fragrance Materials Association, this area offers flavor seminars as well as exhibitions by each company.

There are Australian pavilion (10companies), Belgium pavilion (12companies), Chinese pavilion (40companies), Taiwan pavilion (8 companies) and the U.S. Pavilions(18 companies). Out of the pavilion, there are international exhibitors from the U.K, Canada, Korea, Switzerland, Brazil, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
